Salesforce Inc. seeks Product Owner, Senior Analyst in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Partner with domain specific stakeholders and analysts to determine business capabilities and process flows to determine requirements, evaluate technical considerations and strategic integration objectives. Align feature prioritization by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions and understand future roadmap. Be the voice of the business during sprint planning, ensuring that engineering leads to understanding and deliver on business expectations. Collaborate with functional teams and leaders to create and maintain a healthy backlog based on requirements. Establishing a continuous feedback loop with business stakeholders, gathering insights to iterate on feature enhancements and updates. Create PRD’s / SoW’s (Product Requirement Document or Statement of Work) to capture feature enhancement requirements to determine scope and level of effort. Partner with technical leads and business leaders to create E2E (end-to-end) and UAT (user acceptance testing) test plans, review and prioritize defects and consult on training materials for end users to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and address requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on requirements, address any release issues, dependencies, production issues, metrics review and milestones. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Project Management; (2) Technical Knowledge of Salesforce.com Platform and Salesforce Administration; (3) Agile development methodology; (4) Analytical Skills - to evaluate Workable vs Non-Workable Solutions; (5) MS SQL; (6) SDLC; (7) Salesforce CPQ and/or other quoting tools; (8) Working with cross functional teams to drive product development, design, strategy and vision (1 year); (9) Defining product requirements and converting/developing them into a product solution (1 year); (10) coordinating with stakeholders outside of technology and guiding the team through key milestones (1 year). Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. 

Salary: $114,200.00 - $188,600.00 per annum.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $114,200 to $188,600.For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $114,200 to $188,600.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $114,200 to $188,600.For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $114,200 to $188,600.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $114,200 to $188,600.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $114,200 to $188,600.For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $114,200 to $188,600.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $114,200 to $188,600.For Minnesota based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $114,200 to $188,600.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
