The Digital Products, Platforms & Services team is a newly formed team sits within Growth, Digital & Platforms (GDP) global function and is responsible for designing, developing & rolling out state-of-the-art digital products across brands, regions & divisions globally and help our brands accelerate organic growth.
Our products automate the production chain of Brand & Product-related Content. Digitalizes assets (DAM) to increase re-use and adaptation via workflows (MRM). One source of the truth publication to outbound channels and platforms like Web CMS, PIM, CRM, eCommerce etc.…
Position summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Owner to join our Content team to serve as a liaison between Product, Tech & the Business end Users, and translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into product requirements.
As a PO of the MRM, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions related to the management of the marketing workflows. Also, analyze and improve our business processes and workflows, with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business & Corporate Divisions, Platforms & Engineering, Agencies & studios to understand their needs and define the best approach to managing digital assets efficiently and effectively.
As an MRM expert, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of Business processes, standards, and best practices along with deeper knowledge on tackling through a workflow technology that enables efficiency of the Business process using technology.
You will also be responsible for staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to MRM. S/He will work closely with product & development team to ensure best-in-class Product Development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on MRM providing guidance and recommendations on the selection, implementation, and optimization of the product platforms.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for Marketing workflows process improvement.
- Analyze and document workflows, processes, and data related to marketing workflows.
- Develop functional requirements and specifications for Marketing workflows management systems and tools.
- Work with product & development teams to implement and integrate solutions with other systems and tools.
- Collaborate with agencies, creative or other operational teams related to workflows (Content Factory, Content Studios, eCommerce & packaging)
- Define, design, and implement digital asset management tools and its relevant integrations.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions for process improvement.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented that meet business requirements through strong KPIs dashboards
- Analyze and document workflows, processes, and data related to Marketing and Sales operations
- Collaborate with all stakeholders including external partners (solutions vendors, agencies), who will be contributing to the Workflow requirements.
- Conducts gap analysis of both existing and potential systems and solutions.
- Ensure SLA’s and KPI’s are continually reviewed, and expectations are met.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes and interdependencies.
- Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements.
- Experience with agencies, marketing workflows, operations and processes
- Familiarity with DAM concepts & brand management processes
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
- Sound knowledge on Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) - Discovery methodologies, Design thinking and Design validation approach.
- Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and Marketing Resource Management (MRM) concepts and methodologies
- Experience with Business Process Modelling (BPMN) and Workflow Modelling (UML) tools
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Mural, Visio

- A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field provides a solid foundation for understanding both business requirements and technical aspects.
- 5+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area: Marketing, Brand Management, Content Creation & adaptation – CGI, Creative Design, Creative & Brand Identity Development, eCommerce & Digital Marketing with a focus on Marketing Process & Workflow Implementation
- Product management
- UX/ UI Experience
- Experience in application development that demonstrates thorough knowledge of the Product Development Life Cycle
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology Experience communicating with all levels, management, engineering, and end users.
- Experience having worked in a global environment, collaboratively with cross-functional & virtual teams
