We are now looking for a
Product Owner, Global Supply spare Panning and Logistics
to join Commercial & Operations Solutions in KONE IT.
GSS is our Global Supply Spare , managing all kone spares from demand till delivery to external or internal user , as GSS Planning and Logistics PO you will own the product design and work closely with GSS stakeholder and all KONE business lines, worldwide, providing you with a broad perspective on KONE's business. You will elevate the GSS Planning and Logistics product to the next level, aligning it with our strategic initiatives.
In this role, you:
- Work with stakeholders to define the product roadmap, prioritize new features and improvements.
- Collect and clarify the needs of stakeholders and target users and translate them into Global Supply spare ( GSS) product backlogs including concept, design and functional specification.
- Prioritize the product backlogs and plan their execution, taking account product roadmaps, OKRs and lifecycle needs.
- Ensure that the Global spares product operations in deployed environments are planned in-line with the product value proposition, current target users, and IT level operations strategy.
- Support the relevant stakeholders in the deployment of implemented features globally.
- Follow the Global Spare Parts product usage and the changes to the target user base and ensure that Sales Documents product operations are accordingly adjusted.
- Apply agile and DevOps principles to maximize the flow of value and responsiveness. Use feedback loops to understand stakeholder and user needs and use that knowledge while planning and executing.
- Guide GSS team members where needed on functional and/or technical matters. Collaborate with other agile teams, architects and data team to plan the dependencies and joint development.
- Promote continuous improvement to the Global spares Products product and ways of working within the global planning and Spare management. Actively contribute to development initiatives within own department.
Skills & experience we`re looking for:
IT Development Experience:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience working with IT development, including familiarity with IT processes, tools, technologies, data models, and integrations.
- Experience in Servigistics considered an advantage.
- Experience in Enterprice Marketplace Solutions is considered an advantage.
- SAP MM skills are considered as advantages.
Agile Ways of Working:
- Proficiency in applying and facilitating agile methodologies within a global environment.
- Collaborative and proactive team player who approaches situations with an open mind, adapts quickly in changing and agile environment and can create structure, clarity and results in transparent way.
Communication and working culture:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English to support good relationship building with business stakeholders and peers.

- Working experience in an international environment with distributed teams and various stakeholders.
