The Digital Products, Platforms & Services team is a newly formed team sits within Growth, Digital & Platforms (GDP) global function and is responsible for designing, developing & rolling out state-of-the-art digital products across brands, regions & divisions globally and help our brands accelerate organic growth.
THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner to join our CRM Marketing team. You will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our customer engagement platforms. We are looking for a results-driven professional who can own the CRM product development in our either nutrition or clinics divisions. Join our innovative team and play a pivotal role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering amazing product experiences that enhance our CRM Marketing capabilities, ensuring optimal customer experiences across our organization.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Multiple years of experience as a Product Owner in large organizations or start ups
- Deep knowledge and proven experience on Agile and Lean methodologies.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Product Vision & Strategy:
- Develop a clear product vision and roadmap for Salesforce CRM to support the growth of the pet care business.
- Align Salesforce CRM capabilities with business objectives, enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency across the sales and marketing functions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to identify pain points and opportunities within the customer journey.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and drive the development of impactful Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Salesforce CRM Customization & Optimization:
- Lead the customization of Salesforce CRM to meet the specific needs of the pet nutrition business, including lead management, campaign tracking, and customer segmentation.
- Oversee system enhancements, including the integration of new features, third-party applications, and process automation to improve efficiency and data management.
- Product Backlog & Agile Management:
- Manage the Salesforce CRM product backlog by prioritizing features, user stories, and technical debt in line with business goals.
- Use Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to lead the CRM development team, ensuring timely and quality delivery of Salesforce enhancements.
A/B Testing and Optimization and IP Warm Up:
- You will be working closely with all stakeholders to gradually increasing the volume of emails sent with a new IP address to build a good sender reputation with Internet Service Providers (ISPs). A well-executed IP warm-up strategy is essential for maintaining high deliverability rates.
- Data & Analytics:
- Ensure that Salesforce CRM provides actionable insights into customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports that help teams track key metrics related to pet nutrition product sales, distribution, and customer engagement.
- User Training & Adoption:
- Collaborate with internal training teams to develop user training programs and resources that improve Salesforce CRM adoption across sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Act as a champion of the Salesforce platform within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Customer Focus & Market Insight:
- Keep up to date with industry trends in pet nutrition and CRM technologies to ensure the platform evolves with changing customer needs and market demands.
- Work closely with marketing teams to optimize customer outreach, ensuring Salesforce CRM helps target key demographics such as veterinarians, retailers, and pet owners.
- Vendor & Integration Management:
- Manage relationships with Salesforce consultants and third-party vendors to ensure smooth implementation of new functionalities or integrations.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems (e.g., marketing automation, ERP, or e-commerce platforms) to create a seamless flow of information.

- Awareness of data privacy regulations and a commitment to ensuring compliance in data-related activities.
