We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Operations Specialist to support the growth and daily management of LoopMe's newest and fastest-growing product: the Curated Deals Library. This pivotal role blends elements of data analysis, client support, customer service, and product management, offering an exceptional opportunity to develop skills valuable for future product management roles.
As part of the Curated Deals Library team, you’ll collaborate closely with LoopMe’s product, marketing, and commercial teams, ensuring seamless operations and driving growth towards our ambitious revenue targets for 2025.
This role is central to managing and scaling this product, which is designed to grow demand with minimal developer involvement. You'll wear multiple hats to optimize the library’s performance and uncover growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Library Management: Maintain the Curated Deals Library by adding new deals, updating existing ones, and collaborating with Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure relevance and demand alignment.
- Client Support: Partner with Client Services teams and clients to ensure deals are correctly implemented and successfully scaled on third-party DSPs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze demand trends from DSPs and track ad spend for various deals and deal types.
- Identify growth opportunities and revenue mapping for sellers to support Finance initiatives.
- AI Development: Contribute to enhancing the Curated Deals Generative AI Assistant by testing new iterations and providing feedback on prompts.
- Strategic Roadmap Contribution: Collaborate with the Product Lead to shape the product roadmap, suggest revenue-increasing opportunities, and QA new feature releases and data uploads.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in working with large spreadsheets to manage and refine operations.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence in collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Desirable Skills (Optional):
- Proficiency in using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or Elastic for data analysis and insights.
- Experience in QA testing, Product Management or Engineering.
- Experience troubleshooting and managing PMPs (Private Marketplace Deals) on major DSPs.
- Familiarity with optimizing PMP performance, including building site lists and targeting relevant audience segments.
- Background in suggesting feature recommendations and communicating requirements to developers.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering using tools like Gemini or ChatGPT.
