About the team 👫

The Product Management team is composed of strategic thinkers and influencers who share one overarching goal: make innovation happen.

Equativ is a product-driven organization, and this team is the critical bridge between business, design and technical solutions: it gathers the needs of end-users, evaluates market trends and our competition, uses this information to identify which features bring the most value to our clients, transforms it into actionable roadmaps and drives developments with the engineering team.

Your mission  👇

Equativ is seeking a talented and driven Product Operations Manager to join our Product Team. We are looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about the product management discipline and knows how to run and optimize frameworks and processes to deliver maximum value while remaining efficient and lightweight.

Reporting directly to the CPO, you will act as the “Product Manager of the Product Organization”, designing and delivering tools, frameworks and processes as a product, and considering internal teams as your end-users.

In this very transversal role, your responsibilities will encompass various areas of Product Operations, including operational excellence, collaboration with stakeholders, communication & information management, and team growth.

Your main mission is to ensure the efficiency of the Product Team’s day-to-day operations, as well as of its collaboration with its stakeholders in other Equativ functions.

What you’ll do ✏️

  • Drive continuous improvement in our processes, tools and methods by gathering internal feedback as well as external benchmarks, identifying bottlenecks, and leading cross-functional initiatives to implement streamlined and scalable practices.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration within the Product Team and among the team and its stakeholders, facilitating transverse alignment and ensuring clear goals definition and achievement.
  • Drive team cohesion by organizing key internal events, notably the annual Product Summit. Responsibilities encompass the full logistics management and content development.
  • Enable Product Managers to do their best job by continuously providing guidance on the development cycle and other essential product practices.
  • Leverage monitoring and analysis capabilities developed by the Data Analysts and Quality Engineers to support the Product Team on decision making and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee the production of a consistent internal product documentation, ensuring easy access and seamless knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Coordinate, curate and review the content of frequent product presentations (quarterly roadmap presentations, monthly product releases presentations, ad-hoc product trainings etc.)
  • Regularly produce product-related communication content, such as newsletters, decks and Slack posts.

About you 💪

  • You have 1-3 years of professional Product Ops or Product Management experience in a B2B tech business.
  • You are passionate and possess a thorough understanding of lean / agile product management practices, development cycle, and challenges in a highly competitive scale-up environment.
  • You are able to lead cross-functional projects end-to-end from problem identification to change management.
  • You have demonstrated your ability to coordinate the transverse collaboration of 10+ team members with diverse profiles, including product managers, product marketing, customer support, engineers and sales.
  • You possess solid analytical skills and you apply structured thinking to solve problems.
  • You are comfortable with experimentation and you enjoy working in autonomy.
  • You have demonstrated outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, drive for consensus and alignment, and establish credibility in collaborative work environments.
  • You are proficient in English (B2/C1) and comfortable leading presentations to a large audience in this language.
  • Bonus: you possess AdTech industry knowledge.
