About the role
The Product Operations Manager will assist the team with daily support, reporting, special projects, and other tasks to support key priorities. You will help to maintain a foundation for excellence by reinforcing product strategy with best practices, business processes, and defining and maintaining product policies and documentation. Other responsibilities include providing communications on releases and maintenance and responding to internal product inquiries. The Elsevier Product Operations Team is responsible for product and operational management of platforms, applications, and services for Nursing and Health Education products.
Responsibilities:

Interacting with customers to represent customer requirements and market basics, focusing on delivery

Undertaking analysis of situations and data
-
Building marketing materials and executing go-to-market launch plans as required
-
Working directly with internal business partners, e.g. Sales, to gather and assess product needs in the marketplace

Leading the execution of a product roadmap for a single feature area
-
Defining and prioritizing requirement changes and performing analysis to meet acceptance criteria

Contributing to development and execution of the product strategy

Collaborating with teams to develop pricing cost strategies
Requirements:
-
Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities, and be able to think analytically
-
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly to a wide audience
-
Have a great working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and good general IT skills
-
Have a passion for technology and a desire to learn and progress quickly
-
Have the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers.

Have great experience in a Product Management, Technical Customer Service, or Support environment
-
Have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
