The Global product manager membranes & operations specialist for Cytiva is responsible of managing the membranes portfolio and product operations within the Lab Filtration business unit
This position is part of the Lab Filtration business unit and will be based in Cardiff, UK. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
Product Management (50%)
- Lifecycle Management: Understand and manage the lab filtration membranes portfolio from design to delivery. This would imply working with commercial teams, supply chain quality as well as R&D.
- Customer Insight, trend analysis and Market Development: Understand customer workflows and needs, using DBS tools to support Lab Filtration P+L. Explore trends in areas like PFAS, eDNA, Cellular applications and microplastic testing for portfolio development.
- Marketing Support: Assist with technical documents, and webinars, providing key application information. Ensure commercial teams and Channel partner teams are fully trained and equipped to grow portfolio revenue.
Product Operations (50%)
- Pricing and Lifecycle Management: Assist with pricing strategies and product lifecycle management.
- Operations Support: Help with supply chain coordination, inventory management, and logistics to ensure smooth processes. Contribute to specific projects within product operations. Gather and analyze data for decision-making and reporting.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement solutions for operational improvements.
Who you are:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in product management, project management, operations or customer facing role.
- Excellent Analytical, communication and organizational skills
- Team Player: Enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable and Eager to learn: Flexible with changing priorities and tasks. Enthusiastic about gaining new skills in product management and operations.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with lab filtration products or similar technologies is a plus.
