Boeing Global Services is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist. The position can be located in: Plano, TX., Miami, FL., or Seattle, WA. The product marketing specialist is responsible for overseeing the creation and distribution of promotional campaigns for key products and services to communicate the product’s value to the market. Their duties include facilitating sales team training, creating marketing materials that communicate product features, and developing the marketing tools and campaigns to attract new prospects and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer target audience, competitive landscape, and other market intelligence to develop & execute marketing plans for portfolio of products and services
- Collaborate cross-functionally on projects with product management, business development, sales, creative services, digital marketing, and ecommerce stakeholders
- Facilitate product and service training for global sales team
- Research, develop and manage a wide range of marketing collateral to support business priorities
- Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support assigned product lines on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes
- Develop and maintain marketing content including product enrichment, informative articles, brand and category webpages to build awareness and increase customer conversion
- Coordinate customer & supplier communications as needed in support of new offerings, process changes, & other relevant updates
- Support sales team development of account growth plans to increase customer engagement and drive advancement of partnering opportunities
- Support marketing requirements for industry events, including occasional attendance as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of related work experience
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Related Field of Studies or equivalent
- Master’s Degree: Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Related Field of Studies
- 6-8 years of related work experience
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong negotiation skills
