We’re seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join our team and focus on promoting the core 8x8 for CX platform, including our cutting-edge AI capabilities and the business outcomes we help our customers achieve. Perfect for someone looking to make an impact at the intersection of technology, innovation, and marketing and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This high-visibility role will require you to be a cross-functional ninja and work collaboratively across product, engineering, sales, creative, content, web, digital marketing, PR, and AR teams.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Insights:

Research industry trends and competitive landscape, focusing on AI-driven communications and collaboration solutions.

Develop insights to inform messaging, positioning, buyer persona, and go-to-market strategies.

Assist in crafting compelling product collateral such as webpages, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and blog posts, highlighting our platform’s AI capabilities.

Contribute to customer-facing resources that communicate the value of 8x8’s core platform, including AI-powered features.

Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or related fields.
- Exposure to AI-enabled SaaS products, CCaaS, or UCaaS, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Passionate about technology and innovation, particularly in AI and cloud communication platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to interpret data-driven insights.
- Proven ability to be self-reliant, proactive, flexible, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn and contribute to marketing strategies that shape industry-leading solutions.
The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
Salary Ranges:
$84,000.00 - $140,000.00
