We seek for a “Product Marketing Specialist ” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge at Hitachi Energy at Tuzla location in Istanbul with below qualifications;
Your responsibilities
- Define, plan and ensure implementation of product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy.
- Oversee all marketing activities, and support Sales organizations in driving sales and services of respective products.
- Implement all marketing activities, and support sales organization in driving sales and services .
- Support the local account manager team to deliver the sales target
- In cooperation with account manager ensure digital sales plans execution, with the following main tasks:
- Access to distributors portals / analytics for product data quality analysis (and to be used as a basis of data and content optimization)
- Sales Oversees sales execution for assigned products by coordinating the preparation of relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s).
- Business Plans Develops and implements annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups. Prepares business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
- Ensure that product portfolio and assortment is properly defined (in cooperation with local divisions product marketing) and local offer plan is regularly updated (under the responsibility of the account manager)
- Give Data and Content support to ensure proper level of data quality and to be delivered to the distributor (and country aggregators where available)
- Sales figures mapping and data review
- Identify proper marketing initiatives/campaigns with customers leveraging on their plans offering
- Implementation of Sales tools and solutions (such as configurators, etc)
Your background
- 2 years of experience in marketing and sales.
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent in Engineering or related fields (Electrical Engineering graduates are preferred)
- Experience creating collaterals that would help roll out the solution to businesses, sales team & customers.
- Excellent command of English both verbally and in writing,
- Advanced level of MS Office Applications,
- Demonstrated strong verbal/written presentation skills to all levels in an organization,
- Demonstrated strong problem solving and negotiation skills,
- Ability to work independently and time management,
