As the Senior Director of Product Marketing Engineering, you will lead and inspire a team of product marketing engineers, overseeing their functions, responsibilities, and deliverables. You will manage product marketing support and act as a strategic liaison between customers and internal teams, including manufacturing, sales, field sales, and engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical expert, consultant, analyst, and program manager.
- Identify competitive industry trends and conduct market research on product features and pricing.
- Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies and evaluate sales performance.
- Guide the development of strategic long-range plans, goals, and objectives leveraging strong storytelling for specific product segments.
- Participate in new product development, representing customers' technical needs and creating competitive analysis.
- Develop and present technical product training materials.
- Enable teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, and applying differentiated performance management.
- Drive results by inspiring people, role modeling company values, developing team capabilities, and ensuring a productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or Engineering or related field with 15 years of overall experience
- 10+ years of industry experience in strategy, product strategy or product management or corporate development or management consulting or investment banking, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of leadership experience overseeing software and/or semiconductor technology markets, trends, and dynamics
- 1+ year of experience in Data Center and Artificial Intelligence
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in and navigating a large corporation (Fortune 500).
- Demonstrated leadership in a highly matrixed team.
- Ability to develop compelling product positioning collateral by collaborating with engineers, product marketing, and sales.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$252,260.00-$356,140.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
