Your Mission?
Pricefx is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual contributor role is critical to driving go-to-market strategies, creating product messaging and positioning, building content, and supporting marketing and sales enablement activities for our innovative SaaS pricing solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure our products meet market needs and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex enterprise SaaS products and B2B marketing. Knowledge of manufacturing, process industries, distribution and supply chain dynamics is a plus.

Product Positioning & Messaging
- Market Segmentation: Identify and define target market segments, buyer personas, and ideal customer profiles to guide marketing efforts and ensure product-market fit.
- Value Proposition: Develop and articulate compelling value propositions, product positioning, and messaging that differentiate Pricefx solutions in the market.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Launch Management: Plan and execute product launches and releases, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales teams, and driving market awareness and product adoption.
- Sales Enablement: Create and deliver sales tools, training, and collateral that enhance the sales team's ability to effectively communicate product benefits and close deals.
- Marketing Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with growth marketing and content teams on the integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and post-sale marketing efforts.
Customer Insights & Feedback
- Customer Research: Gather, analyze, and incorporate customer insights and feedback into product development, positioning, and marketing strategies.
- Voice of the Customer: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring customer needs and preferences are embedded in product development and marketing efforts.
- Customer Advocacy: Support the creation of case studies, and testimonials to highlight customer success and drive new business.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Metrics & KPIs: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and content.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What should you have to succeed?
- 5+ years of experience in a product marketing or product management within a complex B2B enterprise technology company
- Demonstrated success with product messaging and positioning, product lifecycle processes, persona development, content creation, marketing and competitive intelligence, and GTM activation planning and execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
- A passion for translating technology into easy to understand, meaningful messages for business and technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of product development and product management functions.
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute complex multi-disciplinary product launches.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on complex launches and projects, and create high-quality deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
