Description

We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to join Adverity’s Marketing team. In this role, you’ll take the lead in marketing our platform, shaping its positioning, messaging, and competitive strategy. From feature prioritisation to external communications, you’ll play a key role in defining how our products are perceived and valued in the market.

This is a full-time role based at our London office, following a hybrid work model that combines remote flexibility with in-office collaboration at least twice a week.

Some of the things you'll work on:

  • Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed buyer and user personas to guide marketing strategies, messaging, and product positioning efforts.
  • Perform market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to understand customer needs, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to create impactful marketing materials and enablement content such as data sheets, battlecards, and messaging playbooks.
  • Collaborate with our customer marketing manager to drive customer engagement through case studies, webinars, product demos, and customer education initiatives.

We're excited if you have:

  • A minimum of 4+ years in a B2B Product Marketing role, ideally in an external-facing capacity with experience working across departments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with external, as well as internal stakeholders across various functions, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Services.
  • The ability to translate technical specifications into clear, concise language that resonates with non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with the flexibility to re-prioritise and adapt initiatives and tasks based on evolving business needs and demands.
  • Solid experience in market research, messaging, positioning, branding, and campaign execution, driving successful marketing initiatives across channels.

Why you'll love it here:

  • Flexible working hours and home office
  • Internal shares program (EDPP)
  • Budget for job relevant training
  • Regular team events (also remote)
  • Modern and stylish office in the heart of London
  • Sustainable merch for all employees
  • Adverity Social Responsibility Days (+2 days paid off)
  • Pension Scheme
  • 25 days annual leave (excluding UK public holiday)
  • Private health insurance
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
