About the Role
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be the voice of our product in the market. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth. This role is critical in ensuring our product’s value is communicated effectively to target audiences and that our sales team is armed with the tools they need to succeed.

What we can expect from you
- Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the value of our product for our target personas, including finance leaders, legal operations, procurement, and business operations leaders.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints, including the website, campaigns, sales materials, and product documentation.
- Go-to-Market Strategy
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, features, and enhancements.
- Partner with product management to plan and execute launch activities, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Sales Enablement
- Work with our Engagement Manager and Content lead to develop sales tools, including pitch decks, product one-pagers, battle cards, proposal templates, and case studies to support the sales team in closing deals.
- Train the sales team on product messaging, buyer personas, and competitive positioning.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to deeply understand customer pain points, buyer personas, and industry trends.
- Analyze competitor offerings and create strategies to differentiate our product in the market.
- Demand Generation Support
- Work closely with the demand generation team to create campaign strategies that align with product messaging.
- Provide input on content creation for blogs, webinars, whitepapers, and email campaigns.
- Performance Measurement
- Work with our product team to track and report on product marketing KPIs, such as feature adoption, sales enablement material usage, and customer retention.
- Use data to refine strategies and improve go-to-market efforts.
- Actively participate in the respect of all practices and security policies of the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Experience creating sales enablement materials and training sales teams.
- Experience conducting competitive analysis, customer interviews, and market segmentation.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies, including product launches and feature updates.
- Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling value propositions.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Proven and demonstrable knowledge and practical use of AI tools to accomplish tasks, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Google AI Studio, Google Notebook LM, Perplexity, and more.
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle management, legal tech, or related industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with the needs and pain points of CFOs, legal operations, procurement, and business operations teams is valued.
- Understanding of key competitors and the industry landscape, or a demonstrated ability to quickly assess and learn the space, is an advantage.
