We are looking for a passionate Product marketing manager to join our Product team’s exciting journey in building and rolling out the premiere banking and multi-service solutions for migrants and internationals. You will be deeply embedded in the product team working together with Product managers, Designers and marketeers on go-to-market strategies, product communication, UX copy and tons of other exciting stuff.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and updates within the mobile banking app.
  • Craft compelling messaging that communicates the value proposition to various customer segments across channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to align product positioning with market needs and user feedback.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and refine positioning.
  • Create sales enablement materials such as product one-pagers, FAQs, and presentations to support internal teams.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and improve product adoption.

Branding

  • Develop and implement brand experiences for new products and features that align with the existing MAJORITY app's identity and tone of voice.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all customer touchpoints, including in-app content, marketing campaigns, and external communications.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to create cohesive, user-focused branding elements that enhance the customer journey.
  • Maintain and evolve the MAJORITY brand guidelines to reflect the growth of new product offerings while maintaining core brand values.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and loyalty through storytelling and customer-centric content.
  • Manage brand-related projects to ensure alignment with overall product and marketing strategies, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

UX Copywriting

  • Write clear, concise, and user-centric copy for in-app messages, onboarding flows, transactional notifications, and error messages.
  • Ensure the voice and tone of the app copy aligns with the brand guidelines and resonates with users.
  • Collaborate with product designers and product managers to ensure the copy enhances the user experience and guides users through app interactions smoothly.
  • Develop a style guide for in-app copy to maintain consistency across all touchpoints within the app.

Managing Translations into Spanish

  • Oversee the end-to-end translation process of app content.
  • Collaborate with translation vendors or in-house translators to ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement a quality assurance process to review Spanish translations before publishing to ensure consistency with brand voice and tone.
  • Manage timelines and workflows for translation projects, ensuring timely delivery of Spanish content for product releases.
  • Monitor user feedback from Spanish-speaking users to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of translations.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven expertise in storytelling and content creation, while maintaining consistent brand voice across a variety of channels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate across teams
