We are looking for a passionate UX Copywriter and Localization Manager to join MAJORITY’s exciting journey to build and roll out the premiere banking and multi-service solution for migrants and internationals. You will be deeply embedded in the product team, working closely alongside Product Managers, Designers, and Marketing on UX copy and product communication for our cutting-edge fintech app. You will also be in charge of spearheading our localization efforts to take on new markets and expand our international reach. This is an in-person position based out of our Stockholm office and reports directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

UX Copywriting

  • Write clear, concise, and user-centric copy for in-app messages, onboarding flows, transactional notifications, and error messages.
  • Ensure the voice and tone of our content aligns with MAJORITY’s brand guidelines and resonates with users.
  • Collaborate with product designers and product managers to ensure the copy enhances the user experience and guides users through app interactions smoothly.
  • Develop a style guide for in-app copy to maintain consistency across all touchpoints within the app.

Localization and Translation Strategy

  • Define and execute Majority’s vision of AI-enabled localization to further roll out our services to new markets
  • Oversee the end-to-end translation process of app content.
  • Collaborate with translation vendors or in-house translators to ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement a quality assurance process to review translations before publishing to ensure consistency with brand voice and tone.
  • Manage timelines and workflows for translation projects, ensuring timely delivery of Spanish content for product releases.
  • Monitor user feedback to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of translations.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional UX copywriting experience; Additional background in creative copywriting, editorial, or marketing is a plus. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Native-level communication skills in English required
  • Experience collaborating with product managers and product designers to build exceptional product experiences.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate goals across various teams.
  • Experience overseeing content translation or localization projects for specific regional markets; Spanish language fluency is a huge plus
