JOB PURPOSE:
The Brand manager Nordics FS & Local QSR supports and drives the identification and capitalization on growth opportunities in the potato and appetizer categories towards the Benelux Foodservice and QSR market. He/she contributes to the set business objectives of the region by successfully contribute in activating our propositions in collaboration with the local commercial and central European Marketing team.
WHERE YOU'LL WORK: Ekero, Stockholm, Sweden
Reports to: Marketing Manager FS & local QSR
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Supports and activate prioritized business opportunities in FS and QSR
  • Implementation of marketing plans, including (trade) marketing plans.
  • Delivers against the (online-offline) activation calendar with focus on the lead generation objectives via campaigns and tradeshows.
  • Conduct market analysis and gain insights specific to the cluster, identifying and translating them into business opportunities.
  • Utilize market and customer insights to develop customer specific value propositions for customers.
  • Deliver strategic win-win solutions through category management principles and LTO focus.
  • Organizes and drives local customer engagement projects (tastings, potato days, ethnographies)


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Marketing background preferable in FoodService
  • 2+ years of experience in an FMCG company
  • Excellent communication skills, written & spoken
  • Very strong command of English language, written & spoken
  • Project management skills
  • Passion for food and foodservice market (must like it to deal with customers)
  • Digital affinity with lead generation
  • Open-minded and adaptable to different cultures, with a European business mindset
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented
  • Willingness to travel as needed
