Product Marketing Manager

Lantern is moving through a transformative phase in growth and our market positioning. This is illustrated by triple-digit top-line growth through client acquisition and member activation. The company has recently rebranded, and our new direction is a testament to the expanded market we operate in and elevated value proposition we deliver to customers.

We’re seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and play a central role in building our product marketing practice into a strategic hub for the entire commercial organization. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where they can make a tangible impact on the company’s success.

Location: Remote | USA | Travel Required

Responsibilities:

  • Create sales enablement collateral that drives results—including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, customer testimonials, demos, and talk tracks—that increase win rates and reduce deal cycles.
  • Ability to research and analyze complex issues related to GTM, product architecture, and our target market
  • Develop and implement scalable processes for product launches, ensuring consistency and high impact across the organization
  • Establish and communicate deep expertise in our product suite and target market, empowering cross-functional teams with relevant insights
  • Influence the product roadmap by analyzing market trends, gathering feedback from clients, partners, and members, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Consistently update and evolve materials to ensure accurate messaging, data, and point-of-view; maintain strict quality standards for all public-facing content
  • Support the sales enablement team in developing and executing training and certification programs
  • Influence tool selection and process design to scale product marketing efforts effectively
  • Scale the product marketing function at Lantern as a key driver in our growth strategy

Skills and Experience:

  • Preferred: Professional Training in your career with a top-tier consultancy firm
  • Preferred: Background in healthcare
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to tell compelling, results-driven stories
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to pair impactful language with effective visuals
  • Strong listening skills to translate high-level conversations into clear, actionable takeaways
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with established product marketing practices and ability to bring best practices to Lantern
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Genuine curiosity about business dynamics and a passion for healthcare
  • A resourceful, “find a way” attitude with a team-player mentality
  • Experience in startup environments or fast-paced, rapidly scaling organizations is a plus
