Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across a designated product group within our global PR & Marketing department. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between the product teams and the respective marketing and PR resources, ensuring a seamless execution of marketing strategies that align with product goals.

You will work closely with PR, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, events, and other functions to optimize the market presence and growth of the products under your responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing & team leadership: Serve as the primary marketing lead for a specific product cluster, managing relationships with product teams to ensure that product developments, priorities, and roadmaps are aligned with marketing strategies and campaigns. Oversee the marketing plans, campaigns, and materials. Manage a team of marketing professionals, guiding them on strategy, execution, and professional development, as well as collaborate across relevant departments to ensure successful implementation.
  • Market research and insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to better understand customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities. Use data-driven insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and overall marketing strategy for your cluster.
  • Marketing strategy development: Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies for (each or your) product in your cluster, ensuring alignment with the overarching business goals and product-specific objectives. Reach established KPIs through multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate has previous experience collaborating closely with a creator community to foster authentic relationships with their fanbase, enhance content control, and optimize monetization strategies.
  • Product Launches and Campaign Management: Lead the execution of new product launches within your cluster, ensuring that all marketing and PR initiatives are fully aligned for maximum impact. Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across marketing efforts, including PR, digital, social, events, email marketing etc.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, product launches, and ongoing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the cluster’s overall business objectives. Regularly report on the performance of campaigns and marketing activities, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in product/performance marketing or a similar role, ideally within a global or multi-product environment or within the adult content industry.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple products, stakeholders and team members across di7erent regions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, social, PR, events and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with different marketing platforms and tools. (e.g. analytics, marketing automation etc.)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling product messaging and positioning.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
