About the role:

Are you a B2B marketing expert passionate about creating impactful marketing campaigns and messaging that generate leads and drive revenue? Enavate is rapidly expanding, and we are building a dynamic Marketing team to elevate our business. We are looking for an innovative and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities and messaging for a diverse portfolio of products and services. This role will collaborate with our business pods to craft compelling messaging and positioning while championing and driving new initiatives across various marketing channels, from concept to execution. A keen attention to detail and the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits are essential for success in this role.

Reports to: Marketing Leader
Location: Tampa, FL (hybrid)


Your day will consist of:

Positioning and Messaging

  • Develop clear and differentiated positioning and messaging for our offerings in the market.
  • Ensure message consistency across all company materials and communications.
  • Collaborate with and manage external agencies as needed.

Lead Generation

  • Partner with the Demand Generation team to create a multi-channel marketing plan that meets lead generation goals (including paid search, display advertising, events, webinars, and nurture marketing programs).
  • Execute marketing programs and monitor conversion rates, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on results to inform future initiatives.

Content Creation

  • Produce high-quality content that establishes Enavate as a thought leader in our target markets (white papers, case studies, sales sheets, etc.).
  • Communicate the value proposition of products and services to the sales team and ensure they have the necessary sales tools to support their efforts.

Partner Marketing

  • Collaborate with partners (e.g., Microsoft, NetSuite, ISVs) to develop joint marketing plans and strategies.
  • Support partner events and manage partner marketing initiatives to enhance collaboration and reach.


Here is what it takes to be successful in the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, with a strong understanding of product marketing principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Familiarity with a range of marketing technology and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce).
  • Experience building and overseeing message architecture and product launches.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams (i.e., sales, product, and executive leadership).
