Product Marketing Manager

POSITION LOCATION
Hybrid. Strong preference for individuals in Richmond, VA or New York, NY. We will consider exceptional candidates outside of these regions.
 

Your Role
In the role of Product Marketing Manager, Providers you will be an integral part of CareScout’s growth strategy. You will be a subject matter expert for the long-term care (LTC) provider segment (home care, home health, assisted living, skilled nursing), those both currently in our Quality Network and those who would benefit from joining. You will identify, analyze, and action personas, use cases, needs, behaviors, and perceptions of LTC providers – and have a strong understanding of the competitive landscape to create a well-rounded strategy. You will become an expert in CareScout’s full product portfolio so that we can clearly and compellingly position those products to current and prospective LTC providers. You will also be able to synthesize many inputs into an effective data-driven strategy to meet our company goals. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing initiatives to enhance and strengthen our current LTC provider partnerships and generate new leads. These efforts enable our sales team and partners to achieve our target goals.

A successful candidate for this role will be strategic, curious, analytical, and flexible. You will have deep knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics and experience creating value propositions, buyer personas, message maps, and product launch plans. As a trusted partner of the sales, provider operations, strategy, and product teams, you will be able to manage competing priorities and tight timelines. This is an independent contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Marketing.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for LTC provider audiences, including goals, metrics for success, asset development, and integrated launch planning with cross-functional partners
  • Act as marketing SME to ensure the LTC provider audience engages with and utilizes the CareScout solutions available to them; you’ll be able to suggest multi-channel marketing strategies and tactics that meet their specific needs
  • Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents, Market Directors, and Internal Sales to develop and nurture sales opportunities
  • Source new opportunities through event participation, profiling, and market intelligence
  • Be able to verbalize and visualize complicated concepts to create external presentations and materials
  • Work closely with the content marketing and growth teams to translate strategies into effective external campaigns
  • Work together with product managers to gain a deep understanding of products to create journeys that exceed expectations 
  • Act as a voice of the LTC providers across the organization and lead research projects needed to gain these insights
  • Work closely with the Strategy team, using competitive intel to inform plans
  • Regularly set goals and measure KPIs, continuously monitoring and actioning metrics to adapt when there are successes or failures
  • Work closely with the growing team to get the job done – whatever it is – with a can-do and collaborative approach.

What you bring:

  • At least five years of experience in product marketing or similar marketing functions
  • Experience working with LTC providers required
  • Experience marketing products in a B2B and/or B2B2C model
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare a plus
  • Experience partnering with sales to drive results
  • Demonstrated success as a key player in GTM planning and execution
  • Experience with CRMs, marketing automation, and other sales enablement tools
  • High level of organization and self-motivation
  • Excellent presentation design skills (PowerPoint)
  • Strong focus on customer service with a knack for creative thinking and problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
