The Role:
- We are looking for a temporary Product Marketing Manager to lead and manage ecommerce sales and help in the development of new features relating to subscriptions and virtual goods across our desktop and mobile applications.

Key Functional Responsibilities
- Manage Subscriptions & Virtual Goods: Own the marketing strategy for in-app subscriptions, consumables, and virtual economy - optimizing pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies.
- Promotions: Plan and execute sales events and promotional campaigns in our passionate community to drive user engagement and revenue.
- Analytics and Reporting: Help define KPIs and monitor and report on the business metrics, including performance of product marketing initiatives
- Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and manage the internal marketing lifecycle, from conception to execution and messaging, including email marketing, push notifications, and social media
- Price Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on subscription pricing and virtual goods.
- Web Roadmap Ownership: Work closely with the web team to prioritize and execute initiatives that support marketing goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Product Manager, Design, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage insights from analytics, user feedback, and industry trends to refine campaigns and pricing strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing and/or product management, preferably in a global B2C technology environment with community-based applications or digital platforms.
- Proven track record managing in-app subscriptions and virtual consumables within mobile and desktop applications.
- Experience in price testing and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, HTML, and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, or similar).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics teams.
- Experience collaborating across international teams.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with chat, social, or other UGC-based apps.
- Experience in global markets such as Asian and European markets.
- Fluent in Russian.
