We’re looking for an experienced and strategic B2B Product Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Solutions Marketing team and help scale our Corporate Solutions business, the fastest-growing area of ezCater. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our Corporate Solutions-related products and services, product messaging and positioning, and deploying product marketing campaigns.
You will collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to create compelling narratives, align product features with customer needs, and support sales enablement. This role requires a strategic thinker who analyzes and incorporates data and customer insights and who can manage cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Go-to-market strategy for Corporate Solutions-related products and services: Establish a systematic way of sharing product updates with internal and external stakeholders. Develop and execute product marketing strategies for ezCater’s Corporate Solutions, driving product awareness, adoption, and growing our market share.
- Product messaging and positioning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft clear, differentiated, and compelling product messaging that speaks to our client pain points
- Sales enablement: In partnership with our Sales Enablement team, create sales collateral, training materials, and product demos to support the sales and marketing teams in effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
- Competitive analysis: Understand – and share with the rest of the team – market trends and competitive landscapes that inform product positioning and messaging
- Campaign development: Plan and execute product marketing campaigns targeting corporate clients
- ICP & persona development: In conjunction with the Customer Insights team, define and/or refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and buyer personas to ensure marketing efforts effectively target and resonate with corporate decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Metrics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of product marketing efforts, using data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance
What You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with success building and scaling systematic GTM processes for product releases
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for corporate B2B audiences
- Experience working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive alignment and collaboration
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle with the ability to tailor marketing strategies to a defined segment
- Hands-on experience collaborating with Demand Generation teams
- Proven ability to build and ship product marketing campaigns
- Equal parts creativity and technical prowess. Be fluent enough to do the basics yourself, and articulate enough to communicate what you need to the experts on our creative and analytics teams
- A “figure it out” mentality that drives you to take ownership in the face of ambiguity. You’re not afraid to fail and do better the next time
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead projects, and succeed as an independent contributor
The national cash compensation range for this role is $112,000 - $149,000/year*
