Context of the role
We are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Thunes. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing GTM playbooks and executing product marketing strategies for new products and ideal customer profiles that drive revenue growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech and B2B product marketing, with experience in developing new value propositions, messaging, sales enablement materials, case studies and sales pitch decks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop GTM strategy and execution plans: Define and implement GTM strategies in partnership with our product managers for new product launches, customer segments, and geographic expansion. Ensure alignment with sales, product, network and customer success teams
- Create customers messaging, playbook and collaterals: Develop messaging that resonates with target customers and differentiate our products from competitors. Work with product, network and sales teams to create sales playbooks, collateral and other sales materials that support the sales process.
- Develop sales enablement and training materials for internal teams and customers to ensure they have a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Create product presentations, product demo videos and website content that showcase our product offerings and value proposition to large customers.
- Elaborate customer case studies: Develop compelling case studies that demonstrate how our products have helped customers achieve their business objectives.
- Develop external communication strategy for new products or new product features
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation
- Develop thought leadership content and demos that showcase our product offerings and expertise in the cross-border payments space.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in the payments or fintech industry.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Experience with sales enablement and developing sales collateral in house
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct competitive analysis and market research.
- Excellent presentation skills.
