THE ROLE
At Zeta Global, we’re reshaping how organizations connect with their customers. Our world class Product Marketers identify strategic opportunities based on market and competitive intelligence and capitalize on them by defining and bringing competitive products and solutions to market. We develop product strategy, product positioning, go-to-market (GTM) programs, thought leadership, content, demos and sales enablement materials. We understand our customers’ needs, the competitive landscape, our core offering strengths, and play a critical, visible role in driving Zeta’s roadmap and leading Zeta’s go-to-market strategy. We measure our success through our ability to develop creative and innovative marketing strategies and our ability to own and deliver compelling new market solutions.
As the Product Marketing Director, New Solutions, you will lead the charge in identifying, developing, and launching innovative buyer-specific solutions that combine products, integrations, data, and services (across email, customer data platform, paid media, identity and artificial intelligence). This is a high-impact, strategic role where you will define Zeta’s expansion into new markets, crafting stories and strategies that resonate with buyers and accelerate business growth.
You’ll have the unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking, technical expertise, creativity, and execution, working closely with product managers, sales, marketing and cross-functional teams to build and market solutions that change the way organizations think and work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Market Expansion Efforts: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to design solutions that resonate with new and existing markets.
- Craft Compelling Value Propositions: Define and convey competitive offerings with differentiated value propositions and a compelling narrative.
- Know The Customer: Understand customers, segments and their unmet needs and translate that into market requirements for delivery to internal product teams. Define and maintain accurate ICP, customer personas and segments.
- Develop Go-to-Market Strategies: Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for Zeta’s innovative solutions. Partner with Sales & Strategic Services teams to bring new solutions to market.
- Marketing Excellence: Partner with the integrated marketing team, to prioritize launch plans across channels like the website, marketing campaigns, press, and customer outreach.
- Prototype and Iterate: Introduce early prototypes into the market, gather feedback, and refine solutions for success.
- Drive Product Influence: Work closely with product management to influence roadmaps, define market requirements, and ensure alignment with market needs. Act as a bridge between technical development and marketing execution.
- Champion the Product and Market: Serve as the solutions advocate for sales and GTM teams, while surfacing customer and market insights to shape product roadmaps.
- Create High-Impact Content: Develop middle- and bottom-of-the-funnel content to support offerings and accelerate deal cycles, including pitches, 1 pagers, thought leadership content, demos, webpages and videos.
- Engage Industry Analysts: Build relationships with analysts to generate awareness and buy-in for Zeta’s innovations.
- Enable Sales Teams: Provide collateral and tools that highlight the unique value of Zeta’s solutions and help drive revenue. Run training sessions.
- Drive Results: Work with cross-functional teams to track, measure, and report on objectives, ensuring continuous growth and success.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 8+ years in product or solutions marketing within the MarTech or AdTech industry, with a strong technical background or prior product management experience.
- Proven Track Record:
- Successfully researching and entering new markets.
- Launching new products, solutions, and features.
- Drafting compelling, differentiated positioning for rapid market entry.
- Influencing product roadmaps and collaborating with product managers to define requirements.
- Creating solution-specific messaging and technical marketing content.
- Technical & Enterprise Expertise: Skilled in marketing to technical and enterprise audiences, such as marketers, agencies, and IT professionals.
- Hands-On Skills: Ability to create a range of marketing assets, from briefs to demos, and deliver standout presentations. Fluency with MS Power Point a must.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Strong ability to align cross-functional teams and secure executive buy-in for strategies and plans.
- Autonomy: A self-starter who can create a plan and execute it with rigor.
- Passion for Innovation: Strong interest in identity, AI, and their application in enterprise marketing solutions.
- Preferred Experience:
- Identity, mobile marketing technology or data-driven marketing.
- Previous roles in product management or technical product marketing.
- Any experience (tech or brand-side) in Retail, Travel, Hospitality, Financial Services, Insurance or CPG
This is a remote role based out of the United States.

COMPENSATION RANGE
The compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $195,000.
