Role Overview

MiQ is looking for a talented Product marketing designer to join our growing marketing team. This person would report to the Group Creative Director and will work alongside Product Go-to-Market teams to develop Sales enablement and Product Marketing assets such as presentations, one-sheets, white papers, and other client facing materials. 

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing product go-to-market materials and steering sales enablement efforts to ensure the internal Sales organization has everything it needs to succeed. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product teams and client services to ensure that the messaging and materials you develop meet the company's needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative executions for results-driven product launches.
  • Execute product, marketing and sales materials (e.g., sales decks, one-sheeters, and case studies) that support key objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the product and enablement design and messaging.
  • Ensure that product messaging is aligned with overall corporate objectives to best position MiQ for the successful engagement of target audiences.
  • Work with the broader marketing team to ensure product value propositions of new and enhanced solutions are appropriately conveyed across all marketing channels.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain brand messaging and design consistency across all client-facing outputs.
  • Work with Sales teams to develop impactful enablement resources that arm the team to better position ourselves against other competitors and products.
  • Field sales and product marketing requests, prioritizing and organizing deliverables.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or sales enablement design
  • BA Design / visual communication degree or equivalent qualifications


Skills/requirements to be considered for the position: 

  • Stakeholder management between teams and projects.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • A deep understanding of ad tech, marketing tech.
  • A passion for problem-solving and pattern recognition.
  • Must be a strong communicator and advocate for the consistency of
    MiQ materials and messaging.
  • Experience in all forms of asset creation from digital to print design.
  • A strong online portfolio which shows a breadth of work.
  • Concept development and storytelling through design.
  • Strong layout and typography skills 
  • Full in depth knowledge of the Adobe suite.
  • A competent level in data visualizations

Pay Transparency 

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $95,000-$130,000. This range may vary for positions outside of New York City as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.

Regardless of location, candidates can expect during the first few conversations with MiQ’s Talent team and Hiring Managers to share any approved budget and details on our competitive bonus and commission packages.
