Anticipated compensation for this position is approx. $54-70k**.

Job Summary
FranklinCovey is seeking a Product Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help deliver exceptional product marketing materials. This role serves as the key liaison between product, sales, marketing, and client partners to drive insightful, effective campaigns.

You will leverage your strong writing and storytelling abilities, along with your project management expertise, to help create and execute marketing strategies that support product success.

In this role, you'll collaborate with various marketing functions, including demand generation, event marketing, data, and creative teams, to ensure seamless execution and continuous optimization of product marketing programs.

A successful Product Marketing Coordinator will possess a proactive, "can-do" attitude and be skilled in using tools like Microsoft Office, Asana, and Highspot.

Essential Job Functions

  • Craft clear, concise, and engaging copy for a variety of marketing materials, including sales collateral, case studies, webpages, email newsletters, and more.
  • Develop and refine product narratives that resonate with target audiences, focusing on the value and impact of our products.
  • Oversee and manage marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product, sales, design, and customer success, to gather insights and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate and participate in regular meetings with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, timelines, and any adjustments needed.
  • Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure they meet brand standards, tone, and quality expectations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and organized content library using tools like Highspot to ensure easy access to marketing assets.
  • Use project management tools like Asana to track and manage tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Competency in Microsoft, Asana and Highspot.
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
