As a Product Marketing Associate, you will be at the heart of our efforts to create compelling messaging, sales plays, and customer journeys that resonate with healthcare decision-makers. In this role, you will collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to help shape impactful campaigns and go-to-market strategies. What you'll own:
- Develop clear and impactful messaging, sales pitches, and sales plays that highlight the value of our solutions.
- Build and refine detailed customer personas and map out customer journeys to guide marketing and sales strategies.
- Design and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations for sales enablement and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign efforts and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Organize and maintain marketing collateral to align with strategic objectives and sales needs.
- Proactively recommend improvements to existing messaging, campaigns, and processes.
What you bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internship experience is acceptable).
- Strong interest in marketing, sales enablement, and customer engagement; familiarity with healthcare is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on creating clear, engaging content.
- Quick thinker who thrives in ambiguous situations and enjoys creative problem-solving.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and a willingness to learn additional marketing tools.
- BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Information Security and Compliance Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with training directives required by the organization pertaining to Information Security, Acceptable Use Policy and HIPAA Privacy and Security.
- Adhere to and comply with the organizations Acceptable Use Policy.
- Safeguard information system assets by identifying and reporting potential and actual security events to the organizations Security and Compliance Officers.
