What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders and users to understand business needs and workflows
- Develop new products and features based on market needs.
- Partner with engineering teams and leaders to ensure that designers, engineers, QA, etc. are operating effectively at all levels
- Create mock-ups, wireframes, and workflow diagrams
- Help identify business value, understand required use cases and capabilities, and help translate these into product requirements
- Write clear EpIcs and establish acceptance criteria based on requirements
- Research the functional, regulatory, or security need in a specific area to develop the business requirement and process
- Develop Beta Test Scripts and other required documentation.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 10+ years in a product development organization defining and delivering enterprise-class software.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, or business-related field, or equivalent experience building and shipping software.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas, particularly to healthcare IT audiences.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and related tools (Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps).
- Understanding and technical acumen on core cloud concepts such as SaaS, APIs, devops/SRE, and/or artificial intelligence/machine learning.
- Experience driving product vision, strategic product roadmaps, go-to-market strategy, product ops, and design discussions.
- Experience establishing and maintaining trust-based relationships with cross-functional teams, particularly Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
- Just passionate about delivering quality solution to customers.
- 5-10% travel as needed.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of the Home Medical Equipment,
- Experience or background with workflow automation technologies.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $125,000 - $186,000 USD
