As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in defining, prioritizing, and shaping digital products — working across business, tech, and design. You will turn abstract ideas and market opportunities into concrete roadmaps and user-centric products that deliver tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation to delivery and iteration
- Translate product visions into clear product concepts, features, and user stories
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure product excellence
- Maintain and manage the product backlog, prioritizing based on value, risk, and effort
- Analyze business processes, market trends, user needs, and technological opportunities to uncover and prioritize product requirements
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather input, align expectations, and drive impact
- Oversee product validation, testing, and acceptance, ensuring readiness for launch
- Stay on top of emerging trends in AI, Cloud, and software innovation, with a focus on practical application and business value
- 2–4 years of experience in product management or digital product roles
- Strong technical understanding – ideally with a background in software development, data, or AI
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Azure and related services
- Proven ability to work in agile environments using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro
- Structured and strategic thinking – able to evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on data, impact, and feasibility
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- A self-starter attitude: proactive, curious, and excited to shape how we build products in a consulting context
