We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager with expertise in Agile and JIRA, who will be the strategic driving force behind the development of our digital products. Your mission will be to identify opportunities, deeply understand our users, and translate that knowledge into solutions that create value for both the business and our customers. You will work cross-functionally with design, technology, marketing, and key stakeholders to ensure every step in the product roadmap aligns with our vision and strategic objectives.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about building impactful products, with an analytical mindset, a strong user focus, and excellent communication skills. We are looking for a natural leader who can make informed decisions, manage priorities in dynamic environments, and drive initiatives from concept to launch and beyond.

Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to define and prioritize a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and user needs.
  • Skilled in conducting user interviews, performing market analysis, and synthesizing insights to inform product direction.
  • Proficient in translating business needs into clear, actionable product specifications.
  • Strong capability to work closely with design, engineering, and stakeholders to build and deliver products.
  • Comfortable using data and analytics tools to evaluate product performance and guide iterations. A deep understanding of user pain points and the ability to advocate for usability and customer value throughout the development process.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating product launches, internal enablement, and external communication.
  • Ability to monitor trends, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Nice to have:

  • Technical background (Computer Science or Engineering)
  • Experience in multinational companies
  • Certifications: CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, or PMI-ACP
  • Experience with Design Thinking or Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) frameworks
