YOUR IMPACT

Are you an SAP expert with a passion for automation? This Product Manager will be in charge of our product initiatives related to SAP, focusing on delivering a robust and scalable platform that integrates seamlessly with various SAP modules and supports internal teams that rely on the platform. Customers trust our solution to work at scale at all times, and this role ensures that the solution delivers to this expectation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of our products. The following attributes are key to excelling in this role:

• SAP Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP newest offerings, including BTP, Signavio and Cloud ALM.
• Automation Proficiency: Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions and API integrations.
• Integration Savvy: Proven ability to design and execute a roadmap for integrations between enterprise systems, including SAP.
• Strong Leadership: PMs define the company’s point of view for their product, validating the strategy and roadmap. They anticipate, identify & solve potential problems while leading the decisions/consensus process.
• Strong Execution: Leading your team with agile execution, from concept to launch, communicating and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements specific to SAP integrations, establish a roadmap strategy and prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback and data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Support sales efforts by providing product knowledge, training, and sales collateral on how Redwood integrates with SAP.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline). A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in product management.
• Deep understanding of SAP modules, automation, data analytics, and enterprise software ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps specifically for infrastructure and enterprise software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure product success for SAP integrations.
