Who you’ll be working with
We build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms.
What you’ll be doing
Product Management Responsibilities:
- Work across the internal and client organization, partnering with multiple stakeholders (design/UX, engineering, operations, marketing, sales, etc.) to define requirements, scope tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality products.
- Define features through user stories as part of an Agile delivery team, ensuring that they are well-documented, implemented as intended, and tested properly.
- Prioritize product features and collaborate in design, estimations, and planning sessions with the team.
- Act as the main point of contact, where there are no US-based counterparts, with clients regarding project status, scope clarification, and UAT.
Project Management Responsibilities:
- Facilitate team ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demos to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee and maintain a detailed project plan for each project, ensuring alignment between internal schedules and key milestones.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies, escalating critical issues as needed to prevent delays.
- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient team allocation and optimization of available capacity.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)
- BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of product manager experience working at a strategic capacity in consulting
- Familiarity with multiple functional suites and software packages for requirements (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Deep knowledge and experience with multiple SDLCs such as Agile, Scrum and traditional waterfall
- Strong foundation in core Product Management skill sets
- Worked on multiple teams and projects simultaneously
- Experience with digital products including web apps and mobile apps alongside systems integrations and utilization of cloud services.
