In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team to design and integrate an end to end experience for capturing data at a large scale. Now we are quickly becoming a recognized leader in remote inspection and automation solutions for a growing range of industries and applications.  

Day to day activities: 

  • Communicate with customers remotely and on-site to understand their needs, how they are using our products, and how we can help them succeed. 

  • Scope proof of concept and pilot engagements on customer sites, to collect feedback on features and measure value. 

  • Partner with infrastructure, firmware, and full-stack software developers in an iterative process to prioritize, scope, implement, test, ship, and evaluate platform features.

  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to build and test software applications that deliver end-to-end solutions for internal and external customers. 

  • Launch features with customers ensuring end to end delivery is successful and feedback is incorporated into the roadmap. 

Desired skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a product manager, or founder.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with digital twin, laser scanning, virtual reality, or video game design.

  • Experience working with robotics or IOT products preferred.

  • Capacity to distill customer requests into actionable and appropriately scoped problem definitions for the engineering team.

  • Metrics-driven: track record of leveraging strong analytical and quantitative skills and data to make assumptions and drive decisions.

  • Experience using and managing cross-functional collaboration and product development tools such as JIRA and experience with agile development and lean startup principles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Passion for robotics, product design, and artificial intelligence.

Travel:

  • Occasional travel to customer sites for user testing, interviews, and observation.
