About the role
As a Product Manager at STARK Group, you will drive the development of our digital customer-facing solutions, including sales apps and logistical platforms. You will define product strategy, align roadmaps with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and agile execution. Your role will be pivotal in delivering innovative digital products that enhance customer experience and support our business growth.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with STARK Group's goals and digital transformation vision.
- Roadmap and Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop and maintain a product roadmap while ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations. Facilitate workshops, gather input from sales, logistics, marketing, and customer service teams, and act as the primary point of contact for product-related projects.
- User Experience and Customer Feedback: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive, user-centric interfaces that meet customer needs. Continuously gather and analyze feedback to prioritize features and refine products, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.
- Agile Development: Lead agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to drive efficient product delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs to measure product success, identify improvement areas, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Market Insights & Continuous Improvement: Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to refine product strategy and enhance digital solutions.
You will play a key role in ensuring that our digital solutions contribute to the company’s success while enhancing the experience for our customers and partners. The primary workplace will be in Viby J but regular travel to Copenhagen should be expected.
Your profile
We are looking for a Product Manager with a proven track record in delivering impactful digital solutions. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have the following qualifications:
- At least 3–5 years of product management experience in a digital or technology-focused environment.
- Experience leading specialists and cross-functional teams in complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and driving business growth.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and their role in product development is a plus.
- Strong expertise in agile development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
