Who We Are:

Ordergroove is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will be involved in building something of real value from the ground-up. We're looking for bright, talented people who are excited about innovation, growth, and the exciting world of Relationship Commerce. If you’re motivated by a desire to solve problems and deliver groundbreaking insights and solutions you’ll fit in perfectly!

About the Role:

Ordergroove’s product teams pride themselves on their passion, customer focus and accountability. We love to be close to our customers, to understand their businesses and lives, and their experience with Ordergroove, so we can deliver experiences, products and features that truly impact them and help them thrive. We are committed to creating not just happy customers, but raving fans. We aim for impact in everything we do.

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our team.

What You Will Do:

  • Product Strategy – Own the strategic plan and roadmap for one of Ordergroove’s product lines, identify key initiatives to guide the product forward, break those plans into manageable, measurable, achievable release plans.

  • Product Management – Understand market needs and user pain points, craft product vision and solutions to address them, phase solutions to deliver incremental business value, validate assumptions and iterate along the way.

  • Go To Market – Start with the end goal in mind, the impact your product is intended to have in the market, then work backwards from that. Don’t treat go to market as something that comes in the end, but instead start with it. You think of go to market as a critical part of building product.

  • Product Delivery – Build and maintain an organized and prioritized product backlog of user stories for new product improvements, collaborate with UX design, data science, engineering, marketing, sales, and other product managers from concept to release.

  • Project Management – Work closely with engineering to bring new product concepts to life through the entirety of the development cycle, including post-release study and testing. Ensure development stays on track, remove roadblocks as they arise, step in wherever needed.

  • Team Leadership – Identify process gaps and opportunities, take on ever-increasing responsibilities. Communicate your plans and product vision to the company. Provide mentorship for other team members, exemplify the company values in your daily work.

  • Company Role Model - Work closely with cross-functional peers to help us hit our company goals and continue to build and represent our values. Practice servant leadership.

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in a software product management role, preferably a B2B software company.

  • Key Skills:

  • Ownership - Clear track record of ownership and fast-paced professional growth throughout your career.

  • Action Oriented - Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done no matter the task, willingness to commit to a fast-paced startup working culture.

  • Data Focused - Solid reasoning skills, ability to solve problems quickly, think on your feet, and generalize solutions addressing abstracted problems.

  • Business Acumen - Understanding of business opportunities, constraints, and risks for both Ordergroove and our customers.

  • Learning On The Fly - Able to onboard quickly and dive into new challenges without hesitation.

  • Strategic Agility - Demonstrated success developing product vision, strategy and roadmap for a product line.

  • Peer Relationships - Adept at building cross-functional relationships. Excellent oral and written communication skills, which can be tailored individually for a wide variety of audiences, both internal and external.

If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above - that’s okay, nobody’s perfect! We encourage you to apply if you think this is a role that would make you excited to come into work every day.
