JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the planning and execution of security product development projects from initiation to completion;
- Create comprehensive project plans for both software and hardware evolution to delineate the roadmap for development of new products and features;
- Manage key projects that require custom solutions, facilitating collaboration among sales, engineering, and logistics teams to fully address customer requirements;
- Monitor project progress and allocate resources for on-time delivery of project customizations through clear communication and project oversight;
- Define and adjust project priorities based on feedback from customers and the sales team, incorporating these insights into strategic project management decisions;
- Keep all stakeholders, including team members, management, and external partners informed and aligned with project goals through effective communication;
- Work closely with the technical team to oversee the implementations and upgrades of hardware and software systems, meeting the complex needs of projects;
- Collaborate with the sales team to formulate and execute launch strategies for new products and features, considering market demands and competition;
- Stay updated on technology and project management trends, employing best practices and innovative tools to enhance project quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or IT Project Management.
