We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to help with our Torso efforts.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and drive the Strategy and Roadmap for increasing our Torso advertisers, including 1p onboarding as well as 3p integrations.

  • Build bespoke products for our torso advertisers, through critical thinking, customer empathy, emerging trends, and market analysis.

  • Drive full-cycle product development with a team of cross-functional partners across Product, Data Science, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales

  • Be highly analytical and use data to make decisions

  • Have an extreme focus on ease of use and automation 

  • Set OKRs to rally the team and drive cross-functional execution in an efficient manner 

  • Be an excellent written and verbal communicator

  • Be an execution focused leader 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 

  • Proven experience of building advertising products driving $xBN plus in revenue

  • SMB and growth experience

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams

  • Deep understanding of building Advertiser facing surfaces, integrations, as well as foundational knowledge of the ads marketplace, including pacing, targeting, bidding, and auction mechanisms

  • Extremely comfortable managing upwards with Executive-level leadership

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques and data visualization platforms, such as SQL, Tableau, Data Studio, Looker

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 8+ years of PM leadership or equivalent experience in the ads space

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $229,000-$343,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $218,000-$326,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $195,000-$292,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
