Position Summary:
The Product Manager (PM) will be responsible for owning the product lifecycle—from concept through to launch and beyond. You will collaborate with the Sales and Engineering teams when defining our product roadmaps to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong technical expertise, and the ability to execute product vision with a customer-centric approach, ensuring our products remain competitive and relevant in the market. The PM’s insights from the field will help shape our strategic direction, product roadmap, and customer success strategies. The successful candidate must excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap:

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
  • Engage with key customers and partners to gather insights and validate solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and security threats to effectively position our products and solutions.
  • Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the cybersecurity landscape. Use these insights to guide the product development process and strategic planning.
  • Embrace AI to inform product development, enhance user experience, and accelerate innovation.
  • Leverage AI-driven insights to guide product strategy, optimize features, and refine customer feedback loops.
  • Utilize predictive analytics and machine learning to anticipate market trends, prioritize product features, and enable data-driven decision-making that drives competitive advantage, supports scalable growth, and enhances product-market fit.
  • Establish a structured feedback loop with customers and the market to gather insights, which will inform product development and strategic initiatives.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Other Experience, Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the cybersecurity/IAM industry, ideally with a focus on hardware authenticators and related software.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of cybersecurity threats, technologies, and countermeasures.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and mobile app development.
  • Familiarity with firmware and software development for connected services.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to coney complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions to drive product and business strategy.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, including technical consulting, product development, sales support, or business development.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with customers.


Base salary for this role is between 120,000-145,000 depending on your unique mix of education and experience.
