The Challenge to Solve
Empower local business owners with an incredible app-based ordering experience that both delights their customers and keeps them coming back for more.
The Role
As a member of our Consumer App Team, you would create engaging experiences that are as delightful as they are effective. We currently have 4 consumer app squads covering the themes of Onboarding, Ordering, Order Tracking and Retention. You’ll take on a squad of your own, delivering an amazing customer experience to our app users.
The Consumer Team has a supportive culture. You’d be working with the other PMs and senior team members to make sure we’re working in sync to execute the app vision. We have regular sessions to share new findings and ways of working.

We care deeply about driving real benefit for our Shops and Consumers, using concrete qual and quant data to inform what we do. Salary Range: $130k-160k

The Hiring Process
