Job Description

Who is a Product Manager for us:
Passionate about solving high impact problems in a fast paced start-up environment with a high
degree of autonomy. This is inherently a cross-functional role where you will work closely with
senior stakeholders and all departments such as engg, design, sales, marketing, operations etc..to
bring a new product to life.
You are the right fit if you have:
● Document and develop detailed roadmaps to cater to the requirements for the
engineering, product & dev ops team
● Collaborate with the Product Development Team (Design, Engineers and QA) and other
cross-functional teams to take features from concept to production
● Experienced at working on Roadmap prioritization, determining Product flows/ features
(core spec)
● Work across multiple projects, with fast-paced, iterative product development cycles.
● Drive deep understanding of how B2C marketplaces operate for consumer tech mobile
services
● Should have a strong understanding of UX and usability
● Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
● Excellent communication skills
● Work in Agile environments: Scrum or Kanban
We would be the best fit for you if you have:
● Overall experience of 2-3 years in product management in a product-led
company (consumer internet experience is mandatory)
● Exceptional in designing creative solutions

● Good Understanding of technology, and comfortable with product management
processes such as A/B testing, writing PRDs, managing product backlogs, and creating
roadmaps
● Enjoy working in high accountability, high responsibility environment
● Preferably has worked on a user facing mobile app that has vernacular languages
Brownie points if you:
● Have previously worked in fast-paced startup environments with a small-medium org size
● Possess conversational knowledge of any of the regional languages in India
● Regularly spend a lot of time-consuming knowledge relevant to product management
and startups in various forms - articles, books, podcasts, documentaries etc...
