Product Managers at Clozd are responsible for setting product vision and driving execution against a roadmap. Our software solutions are fundamental to driving adoption of our programs and impacting change within our clients' organizations. As a Product Manager, you'll be involved in continuing to build foundational functionality in our platform, scoping client needs, charting product strategy, etc. Enjoy the benefits of a startup, while earning competitive pay based on your experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision aligned with the company’s overall strategy. Translate high-level objectives into actionable roadmaps.
- Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap. Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, business goals, and resource constraints.
- Market and Customer Research: Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and gather insights to identify market trends and customer pain points.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launches.
- Feature Development and Delivery: Write clear product requirements and user stories. Oversee the development process, ensuring on-time, quality delivery of features.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and gathering input to refine product strategy.
- Metrics and Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate product success. Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve the product continuously.
- Problem Solving: Quickly address challenges or roadblocks in the product lifecycle, offering innovative solutions to keep the team moving forward.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and execute strategies for product launches, including messaging, positioning, and pricing.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a SaaS or technology company.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in modern web technologies and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making without direct authority.
- Project Management: Experience managing complex software projects, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and mitigate risks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to dive deep into problems with software engineers, UX designers, and other stakeholders across the organization.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven, defensible decisions.
- Customer-centric: Strong user research skills with an ability to empathize with and advocate for end-users.
- Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree in a technical field. An MBA is preferred, but not required.
This is a Full-Time in Office position.
Location: Lehi, UT (we are not currently hiring remote employees).
