We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our team. As a Product person, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product management team in various aspects of product development and also get a chance to lead a small team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery and ongoing enhancement of our products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Create and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and marketers to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
- Analyze product performance using KPIs and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and updates.
- Monitor trends in technology and user behavior to maintain product relevance.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing product lifecycles and delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Technical background or familiarity with software development is a plus.
Salary Range: 100 PKR - 150 PKR /month
