PVM, Inc is actively seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our law enforcement team. In this pivotal role, you will drive initiatives that empower law enforcement agencies across the nation to harness data and technology for more effective and timely responses. As a Product Manager (PM), you will own the strategy, development, and lifecycle of innovative products, serving as the key link between business stakeholders, development teams, and end-users. Your mission is to ensure that our products address market needs, deliver exceptional value, and align seamlessly with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. 
  • Develop, own and maintain the product roadmap and ensure development team’s efforts align with the roadmap. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. 
  • Align product goals with company objectives. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, customer support). 
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers. 
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units. 
  • Manage customer expectations leveraging the product vision and roadmap as communication tools. 
  • Present product strategies, roadmaps, and progress updates to senior management and other key stakeholders. 
  • Oversee the product development process from concept to launch. 
  • Create and maintain product backlogs, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria. 
  • Manage product lifecycle, including updates, improvements, and sunsetting. 
  • Work closely with Scrum Teams (Scrum Masters and Development Teams) to provide strategic direction for Scrum events like Sprints, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. 
  • Use analytics and customer feedback to evaluate product performance. 
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. 
  • Propose and implement enhancements based on data insights. 
  • Understand customer pain points and advocate for solutions that deliver value. 
  • Ensure the product aligns with market trends and user expectations. 
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with the marketing team. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years in product management, preferably in a tech environment using agile methodologies. 
  • Expertise in product knowledge, including Foundry and AIP platforms 
  • Experience with and a strong understanding of Scrum or other Agile frameworks is essential. 
  • Proven experience in product management or related roles. 
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!). 
  • This position may potentially require a government clearance up to TS/SCI for future efforts.

Education:

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience

Salary: $110,000- $165,000
