About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager - Scheduling to drive the next phase of Healthie’s best-in-class scheduling platform and API. Over 10 million appointments have been completed on Healthie because our product has been purpose-built to support the complexities of healthcare scheduling at scale. In this role, you’ll craft and execute Healthie’s Scheduling Product Roadmap because you have an incredible amount of customer empathy for how a strong scheduling system can drive clinically excellent care. You’ll join Healthie’s Core R&D team and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Support, and Success team members. You’ll help ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers—and their customers—while driving our mission to deliver meaningful impact in healthcare.

As a Senior Product Manager at Healthie, you’ll take ownership of product development from start to finish. You’ll collect and synthesize customer feedback from a variety of sources, using these insights to inform decision-making and prioritize initiatives that align with Healthie’s product vision and deliver the greatest impact. Working closely with R&D teams, you’ll assess technical feasibility, navigate tradeoffs, and manage product interdependencies to ensure a cohesive and effective roadmap.

You’ll also play a critical role in planning and coordinating delivery timelines with the R&D team, balancing long-term roadmap priorities with day-to-day activities and urgent needs. Managing versioning for releases, you’ll ensure timely follow-ups on iterations and fast-track improvements when needed. Throughout the process, you’ll act as the internal product expert and champion for your squad(s), communicating the “why” behind product decisions and leading feature rollouts with clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation.

In this role, you’ll be action-oriented, an exceptional communicator, and driven by a no-ego, mission-first mindset. By fostering collaboration across teams and focusing on delivering a product that customers love, you’ll help Healthie continue to set the standard for innovation in healthcare.

  • This is a full-time, Remote position, located in the U.S.
  • The base salary for this role is $150,000. - $180,000
  • U.S. work authorization is required and Healthie does not provide sponsorship.

About You

  • Proven Track Record – You have at least 7 years of product management experience including direct experience within healthcare and/or scheduling applications. You know how intricate amazing scheduling is and you dive directly into the complexity to deliver results that align with company goals.
