As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in defining our product strategy, crafting compelling messaging, onboarding, and developing go-to-market plans that will drive growth and increase market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into solutions that our customers love. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a knack for articulating customer value and solutions through story telling around customer pain points, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: 

  • Define the vision and strategic direction for the product based on market research, industry trends and regulatory requirements.  

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the organization’s goals and customer needs.  

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and leverage internal data to understand customer needs and gaps and quantify the opportunity.  

  • Collaborate and ensure alignment cross functionally to take a product from ideation to launch and optimize product performance based on analytics and feedback.  

  • Create internal and external solution messaging and content bringing clarity and conciseness to the value prop and return on investment. 

  • Become an advocate for the MatrixCare Senior Living and Long-Term Care business unit to ensure all product activities align with our business objectives. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business preferred. 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management. 

  • Fantastic storytelling skills and ability to communicate and translate technical issues and data to business values and return on investment. 

  • Proven success developing and executing go to market (GTM) plans for SaaS in HealthTech 

  • Superior ability to multi task and handle multiple solutions, launches, and stakeholders  

  • Strong Presentation skills and proven ability to create C-suite level presentations. 

  • An understanding of product strategy with the ability to translate into meaningful required actions and results.   

 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Product Discovery) 

  • Experience with Microsoft BI 

  • Experience with SalesForce  

  • Experience with Gainsight PX
