We have big plans ahead and are looking to expand our Product team to help us in building a better product for our customers.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Encord, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and growth of our AI infrastructure products. You will work closely with our Engineering, ML, Design, and Customer Success teams to deliver products, features, and solutions that meet the needs of our customers. This role is customer-facing and requires excellent communication skills to conduct and lead customer interviews, problem discovery, webinars, and demos.

- Product Roadmap: Help define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with wider company goals and KPIs.

- Problem Solving: Break down complex problems into actionable steps and work with the team to implement solutions.

- Customer Engagement: Conduct customer interviews to gather insights, and translate these into product requirements. Lead webinars, customer demos, and onboarding sessions to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

- Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create detailed product specifications and ensure high-quality product development.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, ML, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.

- Data Analysis: Use SQL and other data querying tools (e.g. Heap or Tableau) to analyze product performance and inform decision-making.

About you 

- 3-5 years of experience in product management with a proven track record, preferably in AI/ML or data-heavy B2B companies. Experience in scale-up environments is a bonus. 

- Customer-Oriented Product Mindset with the ability to synthesize trends and anticipate future customer needs and market demands.

- Proficiency in SQL and data querying. Experience building or tinkering with products in the AI/ML space is a plus.

- You love problems and are able to understand and break down complex problems into manageable tasks. You are passionate about speaking to customers and learning about the data development problems at the forefront of AI and vision technology.

- Excellent communication skills for leading internal sessions and external engagements such as webinars and demos.

- Ability to execute under pressure and uncertainty, with a strong sense of urgency. You are a self-starter by nature and want to be a part of building a hyper-growth business from the ground up.
