About the product: It is a multi-functional web platform for worldwide communication that allows users to exchange messages, gifts and content. The primary user base is in Tier-1 countries. The product features high loading capacity, intuitive UX/UI, and the use of AI and ML for user scoring, matching and face recognition. Our goal is to reach the top 5 in the niche within 3 years and establish a presence in the LatAm and Asian markets.
In this role, you will
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and technical teams to ensure a seamless product cycle
- Gather insights from the team and user interviews, aligning them with the overall product strategy
- Formulate, test, and validate numerous hypotheses to positively impact key metrics
- Participate in and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including grooming, planning, and retrospectives
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, outlining both short and long-term goals for continuous growth
- Continuously seek additional business growth points to strengthen our market position
It’s all about you
- 4+ years of overall product management experience, with at least 1 year in a comparable role
- Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience managing projects, budgets, and teams
- Deep knowledge of various hypothesis validation methods
- Practical experience in executing A/B tests
- Proficient in different types of research: user, market, and competitor analysis
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Hands-on experience with Tableau for analytics
- Proficient in SQL or Python
- PSPO certification is a plus
