Your opportunity 

XRIQ is the creative industry’s intelligence powerhouse. It equips advertisers with the analytics and insights they need to make smarter decisions, mitigate risks, and grow their brands. XRIQ is all about harnessing data-driven insights to elevate advertising experiences—from the spark of an idea to measurable impact in the market.   

As Product Manager for XRIQ, you’ll be integral to delivering features and solutions that push creative technology forward, impacting billions of brand impressions worldwide. Specifically, you will: 

  • Envision: Contribute to shaping a product vision that challenges industry norms and fosters innovative thinking in creative technology. 
  • Influence: Help guide the future of commerce as your work can influence large-scale brand spend across leading global advertisers. 
  • Lead: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineers, designers, marketers—to create groundbreaking solutions that move the industry toward new possibilities. 
  • Impact: Deliver features that transform the brand-building process, ensuring the world’s largest advertisers reach their audiences in more compelling ways. 
  • Innovate: Start from user insights and data, pioneering new paths that merge creativity, analytics, and collaborative problem-solving. 

You’ll work under the guidance of senior product leaders while still having the autonomy to drive meaningful outcomes. Your decisions and contributions will help shape the future of creative intelligence for advertisers around the world. 

Requirements

Our ideal candidate 

You’re an experienced, forward-thinking product professional who’s ready to create, iterate, and optimize at the intersection of creativity and data. Specifically, you bring: 

  • Proven Product Experience: 4-5 years managing data-driven products, leading cross-functional teams, and driving measurable results in an agile environment. 
  • Market & Customer Insight: Strong knowledge of the AdTech industry, with a keen understanding of customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends. 
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative feedback into strategic opportunities that deliver commercial impact. 
  • Strong Communication: Aptitude for clearly articulating complex ideas to a variety of audiences—engineering, design, marketing, and beyond. 
  • Customer-Centric Focus: A dedication to championing user needs, validating features through continuous feedback, and driving solutions that truly resonate.
