Leveraging our powerful suite of data driven insights solutions, we help customers cut through the noise, build trust in their data driven decisions, and confidently take action to grow their business. As our Product Manager for Consumer Insights, you will elevate our Insights offering, integrating our SaaS products into the broader platform to deliver even greater value. Working closely with the Insights Product Director, you will define the strategy and pioneer new use cases that enable innovative solutions, driving business growth by connecting insights to our audiences and measurement products supporting outcomes for marketers and their partners.
Collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, technology, operations, go-to-market, marketing, delivery, sales, and other teams, you will guide the products throughout their lifecycle. Serving as a subject matter expert, you will offer detailed insights on internal, customer, and competitive landscape and best practices. Your strategic recommendations will shape both existing products and the development of new ones, as well as influence service and process enhancements.
What You'll Bring:
- A minimum of 10 years in product strategy or product management, with proven expertise in developing market-backed strategies driven by Voice of the Customer (VOC).
- Hands-on experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) product development and marketing, particularly within Business-to-Business environments.
- A strong record of creating innovative, data-driven products that deliver tangible business outcomes for marketers and their partners.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional product teams in an Agile environment, including experience executing effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior executive stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset characterized by accountability, ownership, and a passion for solving complex customer challenges.
- Proficiency in the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and familiarity with agile tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and executive reporting
- Strong Program and project management skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Impact You'll Make:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute a product vision that aligns with market needs and our broader platform strategy.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to integrate consumer insights with our audiences and measurement products.
Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and development to launch and iterative improvement—ensuring each phase meets strategic and customer requirements.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with teams across product, design, technology, operations, go-to-market, marketing, and delivery to drive execution.
- Act as a subject matter expert by synthesizing internal feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to shape product enhancements and new features.
Strategic Communication:
- Develop compelling presentations and executive-level communications that effectively articulate product vision, performance, and market opportunities.
- Influence service and process enhancements based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $100,100.00 - $150,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
